What is your policy on Returns/Refunds?

In the occasion that your sign arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and submit photos of any damage or flaws.
We will send out a replacement sign or issue a full refund. Since signs are custom made we do not accept exchanges. 
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
There are not returns. In any case there is no damage to the sign, there will be no refund.
